- ➤ Students at a local elementary school were rewarded for meeting behavior goals with a special visit—Santa skydived onto campus yesterday. WSAZ
- ➤ Marshall head football coach Tony Gibson returned to Van Elementary yesterday, where he and his family and friends dressed as Santa (with his State of Mined group) and handed out 1,200+ toys, scooters and learning pads to 121 children while donating $14,000 to support the school. WSAZ
- ➤ Marshall head football coach Brian Smith helped distribute Christmas gifts to local families on Dec. 17. The event brought holiday cheer to many community members (including students and volunteers) in the area. WSAZ
