- ➤ West Virginia's high court temporarily suspended a judge’s ruling that would have allowed students to attend school with a religious exemption to vaccination rules—schools must follow existing vaccination rules until the matter is reviewed further. WSAZ
- ➤ MSHA announced it will engage in limited rulemaking to reconsider parts of the silica rule finalized in 2024 to protect mine workers from toxic dust amid rising black lung disease in central Appalachia—attorneys stated the agency will seek public comments on the challenged portions following a federal court decision that halted enforcement.
