- ➤ The Department of Human Services changed how it reimburses child care providers in late September—providers now receive full payment only when children attend for at least four hours daily once a month. - ➤ Marshall fell to James Madison 35—23 on Saturday after the Dukes secured the win with a 49-yard touchdown pass from Alonza Barnett III with 2:16 left, and the Herd could not build on a late rally.
