- ➤ The Huntington Board of Zoning Appeals approved Tuesday's plan for a Kroger Marketplace to be built between 3rd and 5th avenues at 24th Street. The project honors the site's past as a car foundry—using green and white branding and adding future shops, though no opening date has been set. WSAZ
