Meadows Elementary School in Cabell County is nearly complete and will be ready for students before the new school year begins; the new facility features full ADA accessibility, open learning spaces, and a playground for 235 students—an official ribbon cutting is scheduled for August 11th. Cabell County Schools Superintendent Hardesty credited close cooperation among designers, the board of education, and the contractor for the early completion that promises an innovative start for future generations.
