- ➤ On July 16, Huntington police arrested a third man—20-year-old Matthew Diamond from South Shore, Kentucky—on a felony conspiracy charge for filming and sharing the 45-minute assault of autistic 22-year-old Liam at Ritter Park, where Liam suffered a broken jaw, broken nose, and other serious facial injuries when he went to meet a girl.
