CRIME NEWS

  • Two men were arrested Sunday evening for a severe beating in Ritter Park in Huntington — Flatwoods man James Clapper, 21, and local man Brock Mazdra, 18 — after video of the assault spread online and a 22-year-old victim reported the incident on July 19, and both face extradition to Kentucky and malicious assault charges.  WSAZ
