- ➤ Richard Lee Hill, 38, was arrested Friday night and charged with second-degree arson after four fires were set at Brighter Day Ministry Church in the 4000 block of Nine Mile Road in Lesage earlier this week—he is held at Western Regional Jail on a $20,000 cash bond. MetroNews
