- ➤ On Wednesday, officials ruled that a fire at Brighter Day Ministry Church on the 4000 block of Nine Mile Road in Lesage was set on purpose after a small fire in an attached shed at 12:10 p.m. led to flames at the church and fellowship hall two hours later—investigators now have preliminary leads.
