- ➤ The West Virginia Tax Division said it will begin processing refunds once taxpayers file returns using valid documents before the deadline on Tuesday, April 15th. - ➤ West Virginia Lottery Director John Myers said that the Mega Millions game changed last week by raising the ticket price from $2 to $5 to boost jackpots faster and increase lower prize winnings.
