- ➤ Police responded to a domestic call in Huntington where shots were exchanged in an officer-involved shooting that left a man dead and a deputy injured on Mar. 19th. WSAZ
- ➤ One person was injured in a reported shooting on Wednesday afternoon near the 2000 block of 11th Avenue in Huntington; the injured individual was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital and temporary lockdowns at Southside Elementary and Huntington Middle School were lifted. MetroNews

- ➤ Huntington Mayor Patrick Farrell held listening sessions since taking office in January to ask residents what neighborhood improvements they want, with many stressing the need for clean sidewalks, working streetlights, and ways to reduce homelessness.
