- ➤ A West Virginia bill would require ambulances—if available—to be stationed at middle and high school football games by the 2025-2026 school year, the Senate Education Committee said on Thursday. - ➤ State officials are getting ready for changes to the federal broadband program after a pause was announced on the $42.5 billion BEAD review—officials say all paperwork is done and a 14-day public comment period will run until early April. - ➤ Senate Bill 505 advanced from the Energy Committee to the Senate Government Organization Committee—coal supporters say the new guidelines will help keep power reliable and affordable.
